Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain inventory of uniforms.
  • Request dry cleaning of uniforms and process items for donation.
  • Coordinate the issuance of uniform returns for current employees.
  • Enter information into the Uniform Tracking System.
  • Email and coordinate requests with employees and supervisors.
  • Provide Accounting and Human Resources with resignation uniform information for processing.
  • Maintain organized records of uniform paperwork.
  • Order and receive approval on uniform items as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards of the entire Casino property.
  • Ensure the Casino is safe and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure specialist cleaning of surfaces and furnishing.
  • Clean all glass, brass, wood, etc., throughout the Casino, as well as clean all glass doors at the entrance to the Casino.
  • Vacuum carpeting.
  • Clean, and stock, all Casino property restrooms.
  • Clean employee lounges.
  • Adhere to all State and Health Department rules and regulations.
  • Adhere to the company Safety and Injury and Illness Prevention policies.
  • Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit
  • Excellent/proven organizational and team management skills.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Ability to use a computer and to perform data entry and general typing.

 

EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING

  • A High School diploma or a General Education Degree

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 25 lbs. without restrictions.
  • The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Requires ability to constantly reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 
  • Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Adult content environment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment
  • Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
